"Deals are okay, but the promo codes are confusing"
I’ve used wetzels.com a few times when they’ve got promo deals going on, it’s kind of hit or miss. Sometimes the codes don’t work, sometimes the deal isn’t explained clearly, and sometimes I’m just sitting there trying to figure out what actually qualifies. It’s a little frustrating because the discounts can be decent, I did get a good one once, but the whole process could be way easier. Not terrible, not great, just wish the promo stuff wasn’t so confusing all the time.

Ordered from wetzels.com and, surprisingly, the food showed up warmer than I expected. The pretzel bites were still soft and not cold, so that was a nice little win. The cheese dip could’ve been hotter, but it was still fine to eat, so I guess we’re calling that acceptable. Overall, it was a good order — not perfect, but apparently that’s the bar

I ordered on wetzels.com for pickup, and... it was ready right when I got there. The pretzels were still warm, and the staff just handed everything over super fast. No hassle, no standing around waiting. Smooth experience overall.

"Always Easy to Find"
I like Wetzel’s because there always seems to be one nearby whenever I’m out shopping or walking around the mall. Maybe they just pick really good spots, but I swear I notice them right when I start wanting a snack. The locations I’ve been to are easy to find and usually quick, which is nice when you just want a pretzel and don’t feel like wandering all over the place.

"Good order, just a bit of a wait"
Picked up my Wetzel’s order and everything was right, even the extra cheese dip, which I was weirdly worried they’d forget. The pretzels were good too, as expected. Pickup did take a little longer than I thought it would, and I was kind of standing around checking the time, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall a solid experience, just not quite perfect.

"Super Easy Pickup and Seriously Nice Staff"
I ordered on wetzels and stopped by to grab my food, the staff made the whole thing feel ridiculously easy. My order was ready, they answered my question without even the slightest hint of annoyance, and everyone was so friendly it basically made my day. It was a simple visit, but wow, those little things make such a huge difference...

They had enough drink choices, so I was able to find something I liked. I got the lemonade, and it was nice. I just wish they had a couple more flavors to pick from.

I stopped by Wetzel’s and was impressed with how clean everything was. The counters looked freshly wiped down, the floor wasn’t sticky, and the whole place just felt well taken care of. It made grabbing a pretzel feel a lot more enjoyable. I left feeling good about the visit and would definitely stop in again

I was actually surprised by how big these pretzels were. I thought they’d be more like a small snack, but they were filling enough for a quick lunch, or something to share, or even one of those snacks you eat while watching a movie and don’t need anything else after. The portions were definitely bigger than I expected, and I was happy with them overall.

"Pretty solid mall pretzel"
I grabbed a pretzel from the mall kiosk while I was wandering around killing time before heading into the shoe store. It was warm, soft, and tasted good, especially with a little salt on it. The line moved kind of slow, and I think someone ahead of me was ordering like six different drinks, but the worker was friendly and didn’t seem annoyed. I’d stop by again if I was there and needed a quick snack.

"Decent Pretzels, Slow Delivery"
I was in a snacky mood when I ordered, so I was a little bummed that the delivery took longer than the app originally said. The pretzels still showed up warm enough though, and they tasted fine overall. Not bad, just wish they had arrived a bit sooner.

"Easy order, just a small wait"
I ordered through wetzels.com and, it was simple. The menu was easy to browse, and I found the nearest shop really quick. The pretzels were fresh when I picked them up, and the cheese dip was good, like usual. The only thing was the pickup time was a little off, so I had to wait a few extra minutes. But overall, yeah, I was still happy with it. Not perfect, but I’d definitely use it again when I’m craving pretzels

"Pretzel Was Just Okay, and I Wasn't Sure What to Do Next"
I ordered from wetzels and the pretzel tasted fine overall, but the texture wasn’t really what I expected. Some parts were way too chewy, and the edges were kind of dry. It wasn’t so bad that I’d never order again, but I was definitely hoping for something softer and fresher. Maybe it depends on the location or how long delivery takes. I also wasn’t really sure what the next step was if I wanted to say something about it or get it fixed, which was a little frustrating. Overall, just average for me
